Soooooooo, this is what I've been up to lately! Two Craftster swaps, both with the same awesome partner. The first one was a days of the week undies swap, the second was D&D.

These are all on undies, painted with Tulip Soft fabric Paint (one of my favorite craft supplies EVER, incidentally. I love this stuff). I got the patterns from library books (both by Lora S. Irish) and tweaked them in Paint Shop Pro to shrink down to size. I then used carbon-style transfer paper to trace the design onto the fabric for painting. Some of the designs I changed quite a lot by combining different images or drawing different things, which I did on tracing paper because my drawing skills are much more to altering than freehanding! Anyway, on to the pics.

We also did some extras in addition to the panties, I made these.

I covered a glass bottle in polymer clay, liberally glittered, and baked. I then transferred a pattern on, and painted with craft acrylics. The roses are also polymer clay.

The next projects are from the Dungeons and Dragons Craftster swap. It's worth mentioning that I took all the pics at my in-laws' place, they've got such a pretty backyard!

Photobucket
Fabric coasters with dice! I appliqued the dice with two really cool fabrics (there's purple and blue, but it's hard to see here) I've been hoarding and painted the numbers and lines with my trusty favorite, Tulip Soft fabric paint.

These are the first rubber stamps I've ever carved, and they definitely won't be the last. It was so fun to do! I got all the images from clipart online, except the bookplate (ex libris), which I actually drew all by my onesie. Well, I made the epic fail one on PSP, heh. The one with the kobolds says "Kobold Xing". I did do a final stamping of what they look like before sending it off, but I haven't taken pics of that yet. I'll update when I do.
Oh, the backs of the stamps are made of wood from the craft store that Chandler very kindly dremeled to size for me while I was crafting something else. They're painted with acrylic paint, just plain black with silver sparkles.

Amigurumi d20, I found the free pattern online.

Photobucket
Suncatcher with a copper dragon. :D

Photobucket
Detail of the dragon, colored pencil on shrinkie-dink. I used the same pattern book as for the undies, lol. I need to buy a copy of that damn thing, I think.

Photobucket
Before shrinking, it was a whole sheet!

Photobucket
Adorable little amigurumi red dragon from a Ravelry pattern. (Two of them, actually. The original had no wings) I made the wing detail with red felt.

Bag kindly modeled by my lovely husband. :) It was my first purse, and it was a challenge, to say the least. I made the pattern myself using tutorials, and the stap is adjustable! There's also a little pocket on the backside, but I forgot to take a picture of that.

Photobucket
But what's this? This is no ordinary purse, it's a bag of devouring! :D

Well, that's it for now. Thanks for looking!

Thank you!! It was so hard to send that bag away, I think I'm going to have to make another for myself. :D

Beautiful!!!
What a wonderful group of creations, my little pretty! And yes, the bag of devouring is an absolute stunner! So great to see the results of your love-labors, so much better than just imagining them!

Your inlaws certainly do have a nice yard. *wishing I had the energy or cash to make such a yard*

I am so proud of your artistic skills. And you totally, half-my-daughter!

Re: Beautiful!!!
Thank you! I'm trying to be better about taking pics of my stuff, I just always forget and then it's on to the next thing, hehe.

Isn't that yard incredible? You should see it in the summer, it's completely fabulous. I also took a picture of their GIANT koi while we were out there, he's pretty damn remarkable too!
